I wanted to thank you and the PJW team for the completion of works to the new Outpatients Department Coffee Shop. As in previous projects that you have completed for Swansea NHS Trust, the design, workmanship and finish have excelled expectations.

We have received very positive feedback from staff/members of the public on the fresh and modern appearance of the new facility. Sales have increased by an average of 30% since the refurbishment, continuing the trend of sale uplift as in the other 5 previous commercial projects we have worked together on in the last 3 years.

Projects have ranged in size up to and in excess of £150k, but all schemes have been delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of workmanship. All necessary documentation in respect of Health & Safety has been provided at all times.

Due to past performance this Company remains on our tender list for future works as and when required.
